Football Practice

Things look promising for our Warriors this year.  We should have a full coaching staff and at least 25 players.  I stopped by to watch part of a practice session.  These guys were enthusiastically giving their all.  Hopefully more boys will come forward to play, but what we have right now is a great start.

Encouraging defeat!

Our Mighty Warriors lost to the East Tech Scarab Football team by the score of 32-24.  This score indicates that we had more offense than we have had before in weeks. I was not at the game.  Wow! Thank you Assistant Coach Darren Clayton for calling this report in to me. What a positive note

Check these photos out.                           There was a cast of thousands in this amazing victory over a very physically punishing opponent.  Great job Jeremiah Drake, Braxton Putnam, Michael Butler,  Cameron Freeman, Craig Goines, Amyr Lewis and Thomas Westmoreland.  You would not have been as successful as you were without the help of everybody else.

Warriors over the Rebels
