Girls’ Cross Country District Meet

Pamela Tisdale and Joy Johnson represented our Lady Warriors Cross Country Team in Medina, Ohio on Saturday.  Pam came in 37th place with a time of 25:32.26 and Joy came in 38th place with a time of 29:01.63.  Thank you Pam, Joy and Coach O’Connor for doing the right thing by going all the way

More student-athletes are deciding to give themselves a chance to improve by participating in this sport.  Our teams were at Edgewater park yesterday in a Senate meet. I saw improvement.  I wish that they would make running or jogging a part of their daily lives instead of doing so just because their coaches want them

This was a wonderful day.  We actually had enough runners to show up and  finish the race in order to get  team scores. This was a great evening for distance running and distance runners.  It was kind of cool, partly cloudy with a slight threat of impending precipitation and our four young ladies were ready to get their hair wet. We still need another girl; just one more girl and we could win a team trophy for Cross
