We sent 4 students yesterday to play MLK. We played two singles matches and one doubles match. We lost our two singles matches to MLK (6-0, 6-0) each and we lost our doubles match 6-2, 6-0 (though these were long, contested matches). The singles players for MLK were great players. John Marshall over WMY

Our Boys Warriors Tennis Team lost to the John Marshall Lawyers yesterday at Jefferson Park. Coach Jonathan Demagall reported to me that our Krystavin Boyd lost 8-0 and teammate Jamaun Wilson lost 8-1.  Our players are using tennis rackets and chasing down tennis balls for the first time in their lives.  They will get better.
